Nature of the Service

VerifyPropertyBuyer™ provides buyer identity verification and credentialing only. We do not guarantee transactions, closings, profits, response rates, or outcomes.

Verification Scope

• Identity review and confirmation
• Contact verification
• Proof of funds / funding access review
• Accountability screening and conduct agreement

Financial documents are reviewed privately and are not publicly displayed.

Fees & Refunds

• Verification setup fees are non-refundable once verification begins.
• Membership may be canceled; credential status becomes inactive upon expiration/cancellation.
• No refunds for revoked credentials.

Credential Use

• Credential may be displayed in outreach and marketing.
• Credential must not be used to imply endorsement, guarantees, or official government affiliation.
• Misrepresentation may result in revocation.

Revocation Policy

Credentials may be suspended or revoked for:

• Misrepresentation of identity or funds
• Harassment, spam, or deceptive outreach
• Complaints from homeowners/agents indicating misconduct
• Any behavior that damages the integrity of the registry

Appeals

• One written appeal may be submitted within 14 days of revocation.
• Appeals are reviewed case-by-case; decisions are final.

Limitation of Liability

VerifyPropertyBuyer™ is not responsible for buyer-seller disputes, failed transactions, financial losses, or damages of any kind arising from use of the credential.
